How does the lifetime warranty work?
We offer a lifetime warranty on our product. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues under normal use. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or wear and tear. For more information, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Terms and Conditions for the Aurélio Lifetime warranty
1. General
1.1 These warranty terms and conditions apply to all Aurélio brand watches covered under the “Lifetime warranty.”
1.2 By utilizing this warranty, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions.
2. Warranty Period
2.1 The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is valid for a lifetime.
3. Coverage
3.1 This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, specifically limited to the watch movement.
3.2 The warranty does not cover:
• Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Water damage (this includes condensation).
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
4. Claim Process
4.1 To make a warranty claim, the customer must present the original proof of purchase.
4.2 The customer must contact an authorized Aurélio service center or retailer for warranty service.
4.3 The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with sending the watch to the service center.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
5.1 This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
5.2 Aurélio is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the watch, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Applicable Law
6.1 This warranty is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
7. Final Provisions
7.1 This warranty provides specific legal rights. Customers may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
7.2 No Aurélio retailer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
